Policies

The Resort offers accommodations of every style. Small and Large Lodges, and a quaint Naci Cottage – all with scenic views of the lake. Self-contained RV rental trailers are also available for those who enjoy the outdoors but with the convenience of refrigerators and air conditioning during the hot summer season and heaters for those crisp winter nights. Lake Nacimiento Resort also has ADA accommodations, but unfortunately, they are limited due to the natural terrain of the Resort. If you are interested in Lake Nacimiento’s ADA resources, please contact our reservations office and our staff would be happy to give you further information.

Open daily 8am – 4pm

There is a 2-night minimum on weekends and a 3-night minimum on major holidays and special events like the popular Wildflower Weekend, Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weekend. Guests may check into their accommodations at 3pm; checkout is at 11am. Staff can sometimes arrange for later checkout times, depending on the time of year and availability of the unit, though some additional fees may apply. Security deposits and pet deposits (where applicable) are required and full payment should be made upon booking a reservation.

All Lodging reservations are subject to a non-refundable $10 Processing Fee.


Cancellation Policy (Cabins + RVs)

Cancellations and changes to lodging reservations should be made 15 days prior to the arrival date. All reservation cancellations requested 15 or more days in advance, are subject to a $60 cancellation fee, per reservation. Changes in reservation dates and accommodations will be subject to a $25 change fee, per request (two requests maximum). Any cancellation or refund request within 14 days of arrival date is non-refundable for the entire amount of the reservation, including add-ons.

A full refund will be granted if reservation(s) are canceled within 24 hours of booking, unless the arrival date is within 72 hours. Additional provisions may apply. Please call for more information at 805-237-4924, option 1.


Cancellation Policy (Camping)

Cancellations and changes to camping reservations should be made 8 days prior to the arrival date. All cancellation requests made 8 days prior to the arrival date will be subject to a $25 cancellation fee, per campsite, not to exceed $100. All change requests are subject to a $25 change fee, per request (two request maximum). Any cancellation requests within 7 days of the arrival date are non-refundable.

Arrival / Departure Policy:

All campsite reservations that have not arrived by 10:00 am the day after the scheduled arrival date, will be released to first come, first serve. Please notify the reservations office of any late arrivals to avoid release. For questions, please call 805-237-4929 opt. 1

Discounts:

Senior, Active Military, and Distinguished Veteran discounts are available. Multiple discounts are not allowed. Discounts are available as space permits. Discounts are not valid during Off-Season (Oct. 1 – Apr. 30) and special events.

*All reservations and purchase requests (i.e. Annual Boat Pass, ADUP, etc.) are subject to a non-refundable $10 Processing Fee


Additional Policies

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • Check-in time: 3:00 pm. Check-out time: 11:00 am.

  • Pet-friendly lodging units subject to availability. Non-refundable pet fee of $25 per pet/night applies.

  • Full rental payment is due upon rental reservation.

  • Security deposit is collected day of rental.

  • Anyone exceeding the maximum number of occupancy will be subject to a $75 fee per person, per night and possible eviction.

  • Adjoining rooms are available.

  • Boats require invasive species inspection.


Pet Policy

We have a limited number of pet-friendly units available. An additional deposit will be required.

Be advised: If bringing your furry companion results in additional housekeeping procedures and/or damages (i.e. excessive dog hair, muddy paws, scratched furniture/walls, etc.), forfeiture of part, or all, of the security deposit will be enforced.
